Castle Pines to be Home to the First Proton Therapy Cancer Treatment Center in Colorado
The entire Colorado community will benefit from advancements and state-of-the-art innovations for fighting cancer, allowing patients to stay closer to home!
PROJECT
Development Site: A premier location has been secured in the city of Castle Pines, located just south of Denver along the beautiful Colorado Front Range. The site offers incredible surrounding mountain views, close proximity to many amenities, healthcare resources, and transportation.
Architectural Design: Our architectural team is currently working through the design, engineering and building permit process. We anticipate having all design and permitting completed in the Fall of 2023.
Construction Timeline: We anticipate breaking ground on the cancer center early Spring 2024, with a build timeline of approximately 20 months.

The Castle Pines Proton team is proud to be involved in various foundations and nonprofits throughout Colorado.
The Castle Pines Proton team was fortunate to sponsor and attend the 2023 CABA golf tournament at The Ridge at Castle Pines. This is an incredible public course, located only minutes from the future home of Castle Pines Proton.
The Castle Pines Proton team was grateful to play in the 59th Annual Wheel Invitational tournament in Estes Park, Colorado. Just across town from the historic Stanley Hotel (of the movie "The Shining" fame) and the Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park is truly an incredible place to visit. The 2-day tournament did not disappoint, bringing in over 400 players, afternoon thunderstorms, and a plethora of elk.
